I visited this place 5 times during my 5 day trip, and that says it all. The tea is truly unique and one of the best I’ve had. The guy working the cashier at 6:50pm today provided exceptional service every time I came in. He was friendly, welcoming, and made each visit a great experience. He’s definitely one of the reasons I’ll come back to this location. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing tea and outstanding customer service!

First time trying Torotea and it did not disappoint! I tried their Cassia Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Tapiochi and their Ember Milk Tea with Black Sugar Tapiochi. The tea was SO good. You can taste the quality of the tea in every sip. The Cassia tea offers a creamy malty flavour whereas the ember tea offers a a soothing smoky flavor. The tapiochi topping is super unique as well. It's their signature viral topping that's made fresh every day - half mochi and half tapioca. It's for a soft and stretchy mochi texture. They also have jellies and I can't wait to try these as well. It's also made fresh. When I went, they had osmanthus, barley and passion fruit. The customer service was really good too. We didn't wait too long - around 15/20 mins from waiting in line, ordering and getting our drink. We went a bit before people finished work on a weekday. The interior of Torotea is wabi sabi which is to mimic a serene, meditative sanctuary. It leans completely into the ancient Japanese philosophy of funding profound beauty in nature, simplicity and imperfection. Truly a great spot to visit if you haven't already! I'm so happy they opened one up in OC!

10/10 tea and service!!! So happy that I don’t have to drive an hour to try it now! I’ve never had torotea before and didn’t know what to get but Jess the manager helped find the right drink for me 😊😊 she was so helpful and recommended me the ember milk tea and jasmine oolong milk tea. Now my favorite drink ever, I wanted something more on the milkier side and sweet which was perfect for me. The best part was the barley jelly which was so unique about the drink. The wait time in line wasn’t as bad and the drink didn’t take long to come out despite there being so many orders. The ambience inside is also so cute and aesthetic. I also liked how they provided samples of tea while you were in line to try out. Lots of parking in the front which is also a good plus! So happy and glad that my first experience here had amazing service and yummy drinks. ILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!! 💗

Toro Tea stands out because you can actually taste the tea. The drinks are smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet or artificial. Also, if you love boba, their tapiochi will win you over ❤️

The long awaited opening is finally here! The muscat oolong signature drink is worth trying. It’s like a pairing of grape and Oolong. Always love the mochies and jasmine oolong and misty oolong. The inside is beautiful. Highly recommend!
